Something Fishy on a Saturday Morning

Don’t you just love doing Something Fishy with your friends? Yup! It’s fun when you do it with your friends and you can probably do it every morning most especially if you’re around the Libis area. In our case we did it last Saturday morning. Anyway, I’m talking about the breakfast buffet by Something Fishy in Eastwood. They serve different foods for breakfast from 12 midnight up to 10:00 AM.

After work, me and friends decided to go to Eastwood, Quezon City just to have breakfast. BTW we’re working in Makati City which is somewhat far, but it’s worth the travel because we had fun and it was my first time to check out the place and the food.

We left the office at around 8:00 AM, while waiting for the 2 girls we decided to smoke at the back of our company building and I pretended to be a professional photographer. Look at my masterpiece photos.

Here comes Somethin’ Fishy

There were a lot of people at the restaurant that early morning. The waitress escorted us at the 2nd floor, I noticed the gigantic tuna on the wall which I thought was cool. The table and its set-up was ordinarily boring but I liked their chair. I wasn’t that hungry but I got so excited with the foods I immediately got plenty of foods that made my plate really full (Takaw Mata/ Takaw Tingin). I got another plate for waffles and pancakes which was also LOADED! We were gossiping while eating and we were laughing really hard while making fun with each other that we can’t even breathe. I didn’t know that they have this Clean Plate Policy wherein you gotta pay for the leftover foods on your plate or else you have to pay for it. I’m not really sure if it’s true or maybe they were just making fun of me coz my 2 plates was really full and they would want me to suffer or something. I was cursing the pancit coz it was not delicious and I can’t finish it. Skye went back on the buffet table and I told him to just get something for me and I’d just have to share the food with him. Well, I actually didnt help him finish his foods and he was really full he got a tissue and put all the leftover foods inside his bags.We were so full we just made fun of our foods and took photos with them. That Somethin’ Fishy experience was amazing!

As far as I can remember here are the lists of foods on their buffet:

  • Garlic Rice
  • Plain Rice
  • Yang Chow Rice
  • Fried Lumpia Rolls
  • Pancit Canton
  • Tapa
  • Tocino
  • Scrambled and Omelet Eggs
  • Hotdogs
  • Chorizo
  • Longganisa
  • Chickens
  • Ham
  • Spicy and Spanish Sardines
  • Fried Bangus
  • Champorado
  • Soup
  • Mami
  • Tofu
  • Pancakes
  • Waffles
  • Garlic Bread
  • Toasted Bread
  • Syrups (Strawberry, Blueberry and Chocolates with Chocolate Sprinkles, Butter and Marsmallows)

There were still a lot of foods I can’t really remember, but to be honest???? it didn’t satisfy me. The foods were pretty ordinary and it’s not highly recommended. Unlike to the other buffets I’ve been to Somethin’ Fishy would be your last resort if you wanna have a buffet with your friends or family. I enjoyed the Lumpia, Hotdogs and Tocino also the Waffles and the Pancakes with it’s syrups and toppings.

But it’s not bad for a first try because I had fun and it’s not really about the food but the company you’re with. Not only that, but we only paid 239 bucks each with a bottomless Lemonade, which is so affordable. I will surely be back here ofcourse with Skye, Kaye and Cucuh.

After the lafang mode we walked around the area, went to Robinsons Supermarket to look for Tarts, unfortunately we didn’t find the one we’re looking for!

While roaming around Eastwood I took a lot of photos, feeling Photographer talaga. Thanks Cucuh for being my model!

Skye it’s pretty obvious that you can easily blow all that carts all over the place

It’s always fun doing Somethin’ Fishy with friends. I’ll definitely do it again!

Dapat pala ang title ng blog na to eh Somethin’ Fishy with Cucuh. Its all about her eh. hehe

Busy October?!

A lot of things happened since the last time I posted an entry here on my blog. My lazy ass is very alarming and I know it’s a big NO for a blogger. I’m also not that active on Facebook especially on Twitter, though I’m always online most of the time.

I haven’t lost my interest in blogging, It’s just that I was just busy with a lot of stuff.

A LOT of fun and unexpected things happened last month. Lemme’ try my very best to remember some of the highlights of my October.

I welcomed the month of October with a blast. I went to Centrale Bar in Makati City which was fun and very spontaneous. A lot of hot boys and girls hanging out there and this bar is always full.

I met a hot guy who treated me and a friend for a bucket of beer, I forgot his name though. It just so happened that this guy is a Police Officer or something/ SOCO which was really interesting. Anyway, I loved his eyes and smile and of course his built, though he was wearing shorts he still looks hot especially the moment he rode on his motorcycle. Too bad I didn’t took a photo of him Yummy eh!

SHOCKING! Before we left the bar I saw the bouncer handed him his gun which I though was cool! I felt somewhat scared but more of SAFE as hell at the same time. We went to Guadalupe and checked in at a cheapo hotel.

Haaayy I would love to see the police guy again with his gun pointing at me! 🙂

Here are some of the pics at Centrale Bar!

Smoking inside the premises is not allowed! Effort to go outside just to smoke but its fine coz you can see lots of cuties!

Guy on the background was trying to be friendly with us. Epal lang ang peg niya!

Serious? Mad? Bored?

Cleavage!!! 🙂

Cleavage 2!!!!!!!!!!!

Cleavage 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG Oiliness!!!

Looks familiar??? Yes! She’s the face of a cheapo motel in the Philippines 🙂

After the Xperience, breakfast at Chowking before going home. WASTED!

General Cleaning??? No Thanks! But YES to Faggotry!

My cousin was cleaning our room and a lot of stuff were scattered on the floor. Instead of helping her, I wore a dress and a wedge before she threw it all away. Thanks cuz for taking the photos.

I just woke up and my face looked swollen.

I can’t zip it properly because the dress was small.

Please pardon my legs. Yaass I hate shaving!!!

Welcome Home

My Favorite Aunt also arrived from Saudi Arabia (where I was born). She gave me stuff like perfume (which I already lost), clothes and a jeans from GAP and this watch from Kenneth Cole.

And Then….

Party and drinking session here and there.

Worked my ass off.

Got sick!

Went to Massage!

Party and drinking session again!

What else happened? Hhhhmmmm… Things that I’m not allowed to blog.. PAK!

What else????

I also went to the wake of my friends’ grandfather.

Those peeps at my back were so busy and focused betting and playing cards like Pusoy, Tong-It and In Between.

Paparazzi picture of my crush who is mysterious and extremely hot.

Yaaass that guy wearing black tank top with tattoos.

I also went partying at Bed Club in Malate for their Friday Divalicious which featured my Queen Christina Aguilera.

Some of the photos are blurry and I really don’t know what went wrong to my Sony Xperia phone.

Thanks Medz for supporting Christina Aguilera especially for waiting for me for like 2 hours. We had a BLAST!!!

I also went to La Mesa Eco Park with the family. It was my first time there and I loved it. It’s been a while since the last time we went out and this one was fun. We don’t have much time to go out and even talk at home because we’re all busy bee.

I sat beside the driver and IMAGIN???

Go and Visit La Mesa Dam Eco Park in Quezon City. It’s perfect for family bonding especially during Sundays. The place is relaxing and because of its fresh air and the beauty of nature is breathtaking. Plus, there’s a lot of activities that you can do like Swimming, Bungee Jumping (even for kids), Horse Riding, Nature Tripping, Paint Ball and a lot of things. 🙂

To be continued…..

Stay Fierce and Fab! xoxo

Massage at Spada Wellness Center

Stressed, Tired and Exhausted? Then Massage or Spa is all you needed. Massage brings relaxation, comfort and happiness. It also promotes freshness and well being which I really love. They are everywhere, they’re all over the Metro! No matter where you at, you’ll see Spas and Wellness Centers in every corner, like in Malls.

Well, I’m not really addicted to Massage and Spa, I only go there if I’m stress or exhausted. I tried different kind of Massage but I guess they’re all the same. What matters to me is the Masseur (gorgeous one please. hehehe) and the Services (if you know what I mean).

The only Spas that I’ve been to, that I can remember of was when I went to Bacolod for a vacation. It is located at a hotel in the downtown area, I just forget the name. Anyway, I tried their Sauna, It was great because the room was made of Bamboos and they have this huge area that has burned charcoals (Pugon lang ang Peg!). The massage was good and the fee is reasonable.

I also tried Holistic Approach in SM Megamall.  Well, the only thing that I can remember is the front desk not being accommodating but the service was just fine.

Here comes Spada Wellness Center.

Wanna Try the SPADA Touch?!

Located along Taft Ave. near G.Puyat LRT Station. Spada is a Wellness Center for everybody. If you want privacy, relaxation and a sensual massage, then you might wanna try them.

I’ve been to Spada twice. They offered a lot of “Services”, the popular ones are the FHM/For Him Massage and the Lingam Massage (500+). The massage is good for an hour or so and they played sweet, soft and mellow instrumental music on the background. The SPAda is a small Wellness Center, especially the receiving area. Once you go inside, obviously its dark but its somewhat different. I’m talking about the bed because its not the typical elevated bed that you’ll see in other Spas. The bed is just on the floor with curtains on each side and a locker without a key (I’m wondering why?!).  The bathroom is ordinary but clean, though you just need to go to the 2nd floor if you wanna pee or something. It’s relaxing and it’s very quiet unlike in other Spas. Try it!

In all fairness, the Masseurs are presentable and most of them are good looking. They are very kind, friendly and accommodating. They will treat you like a King well, in my case a “Queen”.  They are well equipped and trained and the Services is really Amazing! Don’t have a car? Don’t worry because they will look and hailed a Cab for you.

One thing I don’t like is the location. It is situated along Taft Ave., which is somewhat polluted in the morning and when the night comes it’s a bit scary because it’s kinda dark and the street lamps are scanty. They don’t have Security Guard as well, so Hello to holdapers. I hope they will hire a Security Guard for the customer safety and if ever they will, I will surely be back and bring my friends over.

They also have branches in Las Pinas and Cubao, Quezon City.
